Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Equipment Technician to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will perform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades, and equipment installation, interfacing with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities include improving system performance, monitoring tool data, coordinating supplier service, and preparing technical reports with recommended solutions for technical problems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or relevant engineering field.
• Fresh graduates (diploma only) and up to 2 years of experience welcome to apply.
• Exposure to die attach/die bond is an added advantage.
• Based in KL/Selangor or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and communicate findings to support teams.
• Repair and upgrade tools to meet process requirements and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs when needed.
• Prepare technical reports with summary findings and recommended solutions.
