Job summary

Texas Instruments Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for an Equipment Technician to join our team. You will perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades and installation, interfacing with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to solve issues effectively.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or relevant engineering field.
Fresh graduates (diploma only) welcome to apply.
Exposure to die attach/die bond would be an added advantage.
Currently based in KL/Selangor or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues
Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed
Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
