Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Equipment Technician in Kuala Lumpur to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades and installations of manufacturing tools. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams across the fab to resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields and have 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome; relocation to KL/Selangor is considered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or any relevant engineering fields.
• Fresh graduates (diploma only) and up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to die attach/die bond would be an added advantage.
• Currently based in KL/Selangor or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation.
• Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and eliminate repetitive down
• Monitor and analyze data to improve tool performance and address tool-related issues.
