Responsibilities

• Runs the testability review inside design.
• Checks test point access, boundary scan chains, debug provisioning against DFT rules.
• Models coverage against the MTRS before the layout is frozen.
• Supports functional test definition and early build debug for the assigned site.
• Review schematic and layout against the DFT rule set before freeze and raise findings.
• Propose DFT rule changes from escapes and fixture rework.
