Build & Own CI/CD: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to support fast, consistent, and reliable releases.
Automate Everything: Automate build, test, deployment, and environment provisioning processes to reduce manual effort and eliminate repeatable errors.
Enable AI Agents in Operations: Integrate AI-assisted tooling/agents into DevOps workflows to improve:
developer productivity (e.g., troubleshooting assistance, change summaries, PR/release automation)
deployment quality (e.g., automated checks, risk indicators, validation gates)
operational response (e.g., incident triage support, log/alert summarization)
Improve Reliability & Quality: Implement controls and quality gates (e.g., automated testing triggers, artifact versioning, approvals, rollback strategies) to raise release confidence.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with software engineers, QA, and project teams to standardize delivery practices and improve lead time.
Observe & Troubleshoot: Support production and non-production environments through monitoring, logs, and incident support; perform root cause analysis and prevention.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
1-5 years of experience in DevOps / CI/CD / build & release / automation engineering (Junior to Mid-level).
Hands-on experience with Jenkins (pipeline design, shared libraries, credentials, agents/nodes).
Strong scripting/automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Groovy for Jenkins pipelines).
Familiarity with source control and DevOps workflows (Git, branching strategies, code review practices).
Understanding of CI/CD best practices: artifact management, automated testing, environment promotion, rollback, and release governance.
Comfortable working in Linux environments.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible/Terraform) or cloud platforms(AWS/Azure/GCP).
Monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Splunk) and incident management practices.
Exposure to secure DevOps practices (secrets management, SAST/DAST, SBOM, dependency scanning).
Experience implementing AI-assisted tooling (ChatOps bots, incident assistants, CI/CD automation using LLMs/agents).
