Job summary

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking an Executive, Sales (UE2) to promote and sell the company's development properties to prospective buyers, manage the sales cycle from inquiry to closure, and help meet monthly and yearly targets. You will engage with walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital inquiries, conduct presentations and site visits, and document deals in line with policy and local real estate regulations.

You will also provide market feedback and competitive insights to support pricing and sales

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the local property market (financing/loan process, quota, SPA process).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Company's development properties; secure new sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, property tours and site visits; deliver professional proposals.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins and digital platforms; provide product knowledge and after-sales service.
• Negotiate terms of sale; prepare sale/purchase documents; close deals per guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, agents and partners to drive repeat business.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to support pricing and strategy decisions.
• Participate in property launches, roadshows, and events; collaborate on sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM; ensure compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including sales administration.
