Job summary

UEM Sunrise Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive residential and mixed-use property sales. You will build relationships with buyers, present developments, and guide clients from enquiry to sale.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, familiarity with CRM, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; training and career growth available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in property sales (residential/high-end/commercial/mixed-use) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Malaysian property market and SPA process.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell development properties to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct presentations, tours and site visits with prospective buyers.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins and digital channels.
• Negotiate terms, prepare sale documentation and close deals.
• Build relationships with buyers, agents and partners to drive repeat business.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
• Participate in launches, roadshows and marketing events.
• Maintain records in the CRM and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support Sales Manager and Senior Executive with project sales administration.
