Those in learning assessment at PwC will focus on evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programmes. You will be responsible for administering assessments, evaluating learning outcomes, providing feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of training initiatives and enhance employee development.
Execute the Learning & Development(L&D)agenda specifically for theTaxteam byplaying a part indesigning/ co-designingand implementing effective learning solutions.
This will include:
Collaborate withbusiness leaders/ stakeholderstoidentifyskills gaps and learning needs to support business goals
Implement L&D initiatives,evaluateand recommend learning solutions/enhancements
Have agoodunderstandingaboutthe ‘Future of Learning’ needs, able tohelpdesignprogrammesusing innovative ways including action learning, self-directed learning, digital learning, blended learning etc.
Work with internal and external providers to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions aligned to business needs
Deliver andfacilitatelearning solutions
Assess the effectiveness and impact of the learning solution by leveraging technology where appropriate anduselearning analytics to draw insight and make data-driven decisions.
End to end management of learning solutionsandcurriculum,budget monitoring/trackingandad-hocprojects
Active promotion and communication about L&Dpolicy, toolsand processes to educate, excite and build commitment to the L&D agenda and drive learning culture
Support HRDC-related administrationandperiodicinternal reportingto stakeholders
Partner with the HR Business Partners to provide specialist consultation for business stakeholders to diagnose development needs
Degree holder, preferably in the field of Learning & Development, Psychology,Business,Accountingor Taxation
Minimum5 years ofrelevantworking experience. Experience in a Tax function and/or Learning & Development role, particularly in designing,facilitatingand implementing learning solutions, would be a distinct advantage
Familiar with digital learning platforms, virtual learning delivery, and emerging technologies such asGenAIwould be an advantagetoo.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability toworkeffectively with business leadersandsubject matter experts to deliver impactful learning outcomes
Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision whileremainingsteady under pressure
Excellent projectmanagement andability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail, problem-solvingabilitiesand effective facilitation skills
Innovative,creativeand ready to try something new (growth mindset)
Good business and digital acumen, with the ability to assess how a changing environment impacts business priorities and learning needs
