Job summary

DR HOUSING ONLINE PLT is seeking a Designer to create innovative interior designs for clients. The role is full-time, based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, and involves collaborating with a dynamic team to shape spaces.

You will work from concept to completion, including mood boards, 3D visualisations, and coordinating materials and furniture. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Interior Design with at least 3 years' experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative

About the role

As a Designer at DR HOUSING ONLINE PLT', you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and visually stunning interior designs for our clients. This full-time position is based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, allowing you to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Your expertise in interior design will be instrumental in shaping the look and feel of the spaces we create.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences

Conceptualise and develop creative interior design solutions

Prepare detailed design plans, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring ideas to life

Select and coordinate the procurement of appropriate materials, furniture, and accessories

Manage the implementation of design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution

Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions

Work closely with the broader project team to ensure seamless integration of the interior design

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design

Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to translate client requirements into practical design solutions

Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and functional spaces
