As a full-time driver, you will follow traffic rules, use Waze or Google Maps for navigation, and complete orders via the 1Driver platform, reporting any incidents promptly and maintaining punctuality and safe driving at all times.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking ability required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Must have a valid Malaysian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide designated driving services by safely driving customers and their vehicles to their requested destinations.
• Communicate with customers regarding pickup locations and trip details when necessary.
• Maintain professional, polite and responsible customer service.
• Complete assigned orders through the 1Driver platform.
• Report any accidents, vehicle issues, complaints or unusual situations to the company immediately.
• Maintain good attendance, punctuality and safe driving behaviour.

• Ensure customers’ vehicles are handled carefully and responsibly at all times.
