Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking a Design & Training Manager to lead the two-year PDG curriculum development and delivery for public-school teachers in Malaysia. You will oversee team coaching, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement of training programmes aligned to the PDG mission.

You will manage planning, budgeting and impact evaluation while working with the Training & Support function, including coaches and the Duta Guru community, to advance student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading curriculum design and teacher development programmes.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align curriculum with goals.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, contextualisation and delivery of training programmes for teachers.
• Evaluate training impact and curriculum effectiveness using data.
• Coordinate with Coaching & Support team and external stakeholders to improve learning outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, documentation and communication of programme outcomes.
