Job summary

TNG Digital is seeking an experienced Design Systems/UX Designer to design, implement, and scale reusable design foundations and components for their fintech product ecosystem in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead AI-driven design-to-code workflows, ensuring accessibility, localization, and governance across platforms.

You will collaborate with product teams, researchers, engineers, and AI squads to deliver consistent, scalable user experiences and contribute to documentation, UX writing, and design QA

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Design, UX Design, or Design Systems.
• Fintech or large-scale consumer product experience is a plus.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, React component architecture, JSON, REST APIs, and mobile development workflows.
• Daily use of ChatGPT, Claude, Qoderwork, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• AI-assisted UX writing and documentation.
• AI-powered design QA.
• Figma AI and MCP workflows.
• Familiarity with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and evolve design system foundations, components, patterns, and templates.
• Champion AI-powered design-to-code workflows to improve handoff and consistency.
• Define accessibility, responsiveness, localization, and governance standards.
• Leverage AI for documentation, UX writing, accessibility reviews, and design exploration.
• Build reusable prompt libraries and AI workflows.
• Explore MCP integrations, Figma AI, and design-to-code automation.
• Champion AI adoption across the design organization.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Researchers, Engineers, PMs, and AI teams for scalable UX.

• Design, maintain, and evolve reusable design system foundations, components, patterns, and templates.
• Champion AI-powered design-to-code workflows that improve handoff quality, accelerate frontend implementation, and maintain consistency between Figma components and production code.
• Define accessibility, responsiveness, localization, and governance standards.
• Leverage AI for documentation, UX writing, accessibility reviews, design QA, and design exploration.
• Build reusable prompt libraries and AI workflows.
• Explore MCP integrations, Figma AI, and design-to-code automation.
• Champion AI adoption across the design organization.
• Work closely with Product Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Product Managers, and AI teams to ensure scalable and consistent user experiences.
