Job summary

TNG Digital is seeking a content specialist to create engaging social media content for multiple platforms. You will brainstorm, schedule content according to the calendar, and collaborate with Creative Studio and Product Marketing to align visuals and messaging.

You will also shoot/edit videos to match the eWallet tone, track engagement, and propose optimisations while keeping up with trends and best practices. This role emphasizes collaboration and delivering impact.

• MUST HAVE: Excellent written and spoken English and BM with impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in creating engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok and Threads).
• Be part of brainstorming and content planning
• Support content scheduling according to the Content Calendar.
• Coordinate with Creative Studio and Product Marketing teams for visual and written assets.
• Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, impressions) and assist in preparing monthly social reports.
• Help shoot and edit videos to ensure outcome is aligned with our TNG eWallet’s tone and style.
• Provide insights and suggestions to optimise our social content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone and values and adhere to the Social Media guidelines.
• Laise with KOL agencies on content submissions, revisions, posting schedules and campaign deliverables.
• Assist in reviewing KOL content against campaign briefs, key messages and brand guidelines.

Role Requirements:

• Has a strong understanding of social media best practices and video storytelling techniques.
• Understands platform-specific best practices to optimise content visibility and reach.
• Is a whiz at video editing on mobile apps like CapCut, TikTok.
• Has an eye for creating engaging social media content using platforms like Canva.
• Possesses excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive campaign proposals.
• Is a master of multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a team player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Is a social media savvy individual who stays ahead of the curve on trends and features on different platforms.
• MUST HAVE: Excellent written and spoken English and BM with impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.
• AI literacy is preferred, with the ability to leverage AI tools for social listening, trend identification, content and workflow optimisation.
