SGS & Co is seeking a dedicated professional to manage client accounts and coordinate printing, design, and artwork projects in Penang. You will act as the primary liaison for Design House, Print Production, and Artwork Planners, ensuring timely responses and seamless communication across teams.

You will translate client requirements into detailed plans, oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, and guarantee on-time delivery with accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Secondary School/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies, Management, Communication or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience in project management, client services, account management or sales.
• Experience in pre-press, printing or packaging is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the single point of contact for the Design House, Print Production Manager and Artwork Planners.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and manage client accounts.
• Coordinate client-specific projects through their lifecycle, including estimates and invoicing.
• Translate client requests into actionable instructions for project teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain project quality.
• Prepare documented work orders and accurate invoices.
• Support data management and scheduling across functions.
• Attend client meetings as needed and drive process improvements.
