Coordinate and monitor daily garment printing activities to ensure production meets approved specifications, quality standards, delivery schedules, and safety requirements.
Coordinate daily printing schedules according to production priorities and delivery deadlines
Ensure materials, approved samples, printing equipment, and manpower are ready before production
Liaise with PDD, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance to resolve issues affecting printing operations
Verify artwork, colour references, print placement, dimensions, and approved samples before production starts
Monitor printing setup and process settings according to approved work instructions
Coordinate sample trials and obtain the required approval before bulk printing
Monitor print quality, including colour consistency, alignment, appearance, and adhesion
Ensure required inspections and testing are completed and recorded
Identify and segregate defective pieces, coordinate rework, and prevent recurring defects
Maintain records of output, defects, rework, downtime, and material consumption
Certificate or diploma in textile, garment manufacturing, printing technology, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered
Preferably at least two years of experience in garment printing operations
Familiarity with relevant printing methods, such as screen printing, heat transfer, or digital printing
Ability to interpret printing specifications and identify quality defects
Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills
Careful attention to detail and ability to work to production deadlines
