Job summary

Ultifresh Activewear Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative designer to work on design projects and coordinate with sales teams in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as with external printing partners in Malaysia. You will support shipments and collaborate with production and marketing to deliver campaigns and materials for exhibitions, newsletters, social media, and websites.

The role requires proactive collaboration with multiple departments to ensure printing jobs are executed smoothly and on schedule,

Responsibilities

• Design jobs and liaise with sales teams in Singapore & Malaysia and external printing companies in Malaysia.
• Follow up on shipments and orders to ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure all printing jobs are executed smoothly and successfully.
• Assist marketing department in marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional activities across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing to establish creative digital marketing strategies and design marketing collaterals such as flyers, website, catalogue.

4)Assist marketing department in marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional activities. This includes exhibitions, newsletters, social media posts, media advertisements, catalogues, website, email marketing, posters, showroom display, press releases, videos and photo shoots.
5)Collaborate with marketing department to establish creative digital marketing strategies to keep up with customers’ buying behavior and new trends in the market.
6)Design of marketing collaterals such as flyers, website, catalogue etc.
