Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an engineer to analyze engineering drawings and specifications to determine design factors such as dimension, shape, and arrangement of parts. You will ensure compliance with customer contract requirements and related specifications.

The role involves reviewing customer drawings, proposing PSR/ECI/ECR changes, and checking fixture specifications for new development projects, while analyzing TESIAR-related design issues to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to interpret customer contracts and related requirements.
• Familiarity with ECI/PSR/ECR processes and change handling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications and related data to determine design factors such as dimension, shape and arrangement of parts
• Conduct testing and measuring to ensure satisfaction and compliance with customer's product requirement specification
• Review customer drawings and make proposals for study requests (PSR), Engineering Change Instructions (ECI) and Requests (ECR)
• Review Checking Fixture Specification for new development projects
• Analyze problems for TESIAR issues which are related to design
