Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an engineer to oversee and optimize assembly processes for high-precision components. You will develop procedures, ensure quality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and meet production goals.

You will ensure operations comply with safety, quality, and engineering standards while leading teams to achieve output targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good written and communication skills in Malay and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in engineering fundamentals for assigned product or assembly line
• Demonstrate self-management and drive projects or assignments to meet company objectives
• Work with people from different levels such as operators, technicians, supporting departments and customers to achieve desired results
• Lead the team to achieve target output and yield performance set by company
• Develop and practice troubleshooting and analytical skills to achieve desired goals
• Make decisions to stop production or equipment when there are safety or quality concerns
• Complete other assignments set forth by superiors and managers
