Job summary

BELLEZZA CERAMICHE GALLERY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Showroom Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur to assist walk-in customers and designers, understand requirements, and recommend products.

You will prepare quotations and coordinate delivery with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes. You will build relationships with interior designers, contractors and developers, maintain displays, assist with tile combinations and space visualization, and help achieve showroom targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in tiles, interior design, renovation or building materials preferred.
• Interior design background is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a sales mindset.
• SPM / Diploma / Degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Attend to showroom walk-in customers and designers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability and delivery arrangements.
• Build relationships with interior designers, contractors and developers.
• Maintain showroom product displays and presentation standards.
• Assist customers with tile combinations, concepts and basic space visualization.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Support showroom events, product launches, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
