Job summary

EcoCeres, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Production Operations Lead in Malaysia to manage facility operations, logistics, testing, and shipment scheduling. You will develop production plans based on feedstock and sales, and implement KPIs to drive performance and safety standards.

The role emphasizes building and coaching a production team, optimizing resources, and enforcing 6S on site while ensuring compliance with HSSE requirements and process safety.

Qualifications

• Preferably in the chemical or oil and gas industry.
• Experience in managing medium to large-scale operations (300 to 500).
• More than 10 years of production management experience in petrochemical enterprises, at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve results.
• Strategic mindset and analytical thinking to develop and execute operational strategies.
• Understanding of Asia-Pacific plant operation standards and cultural dynamics.
• Merit in experience of planning or construction of chemical facilities or refineries.
• Familiarity with continuous process flow, particularly high-pressure hydrotreating process is merit.
• Focus on operational efficiency and optimization.
