Job summary

Maybank is seeking a Financial Performance and Portfolio Specialist to drive revenue growth in deposits, focusing on FX revenue, NTB Current Accounts, and overall portfolio expansion across CBCs.

You will manage a portfolio of high-value non-borrowing clients, deepen wallet share through cross-selling Work+, merchant services and commercial cards, support the Primary Banker initiative, and implement salary crediting programs to boost engagement.

• Grow Primary Banker Initiative and regional client engagement.
• Implement salary crediting programs to boost engagement and utilization.
• Ensure CBCs meet deposit targets to support financial goals.
