Job summary

HAPPY DENTAL SDN. BHD. is hiring a Dental Surgery Assistant to support dentists during treatments, prepare instruments, and maintain clinic cleanliness. You will assist with patient flow, registrations, and follow-ups while upholding infection control standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and prior DSA experience is an added advantage. Training will be provided to develop skills in a fast-paced dental clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays according to clinic roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during treatments and prepare instruments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of rooms.
• Assist with dental X-rays when required.
• Prepare and assist patients before, during and after treatment.
• Support daily clinic operations and other duties assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental treatments and procedures.
• Prepare dental instruments, materials & treatment rooms.
• Perform cleaning, sterilisation & infection control procedures.
• Assist with dental X-rays when required.
• Prepare & assist patients before, during & after treatment.
• Maintain cleanliness & organisation of the clinic.
• Assist with patient registration, appointments & follow-ups.
• Handle dental impressions, models & other clinical materials.
• Ensure dental instruments & equipment are properly maintained.
• Provide friendly & professional service to patients.
• Assist with daily clinic operations & other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
