Qualifications

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and substitute items. Regulate oven temperatures and supervise food preparation according to recipes and standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and motivating staff; act as a role model.
• Maintain food logs and ensure food safety, quality, and confidentiality; communicate with team and guests during peak periods.
