Responsibilities

• Plan and procure forecasted demand to ensure product availability.
• Manage customers’ forecasted demand and orders with price verification.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and inform customers of updates.
• Collaborate with Sales to defend existing business and identify growth opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to resolve order fulfillment and shipment issues.
• Monitor days inventory outstanding to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Compile and maintain internal/supplier reports with accurate data.
• Reconcile customer payments against invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
