Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and monitor customer orders accurately from order receipt through delivery completion.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule.
• Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure shipments arrive on time and resolve issues quickly.
• Schedule shipments and delivery arrangements based on customer requirements and timelines.
• Maintain understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure proper inventory handling and order prep.
• Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Notify customers regarding billing matters and follow up on payments.
