Job summary

Micro-Mechanics Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will be the primary contact for customers across multiple channels, handling orders, enquiries, and service requests with professionalism.

As part of the team, you will support sales and administrative activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely and accurate responses and deliveries while upholding the company's service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have clerical and administrative experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with MS Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, customer service, and administrative support to assigned customers, with the objective of building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Assist with order processing, quotation coordination, and follow-up to ensure timely completion of customer-related tasks.
• Liaise with customers to respond to enquiries, provide information, and resolve routine issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports relating to customer service and sales activities, including weekly sales and order status reports.
• Process daily customer orders and related transactions, including PO handling and updating information in relevant systems.
• Monitor outstanding orders and coordinate with internal/external parties to expedite deliveries.
