is seeking a Manual Workstation Audit Specialist in the Business Optimization Team to resolve recipient complaints after package delivery and determine responsibility within the driver delivery process, coordinating with Delivery Service Partners to enhance service standards. The role requires disciplined SOP adherence, data security, and privacy protection for customer addresses; you will participate in weekly quality meetings, share cases, and suggest process

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above is required.
Basic understanding of the US express delivery industry.
Conscientious and detail-oriented; strong stress tolerance; ability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

Resolve complaints filed by recipients after package delivery, and determine responsibility for issues arising from the driver's delivery process.
Escalate anomalous or ambiguous cases; follow SOPs to ensure consistent complaint follow-up.
Perform ad-hoc verification tasks as assigned.
Identify opportunities to optimize delivery service standards by coordinating with DSPs.
Conduct regular personal work reviews; participate in weekly quality meetings; share cases and propose process improvements.
Strictly comply with data security and privacy protections for customer address data.
