Job summary

Idataraya Sdn Bhd is seeking a delivery-team lead who will stay hands-on while guiding a group of engineers through live engagements with clients.

You will make and defend technical calls, review code, and align scope with the client for each increment, while growing team members, including graduates, along the way.

• Senior engineer with a track record of shipping
• Experience leading teams
• Willingness to stay hands-on in code
• Direct communication with clients about feasibility
• Good judgement on which problems to tackle
