HFG (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Project Governance lead to ensure effective service management, governance, performance reporting and delivery discipline across the Project. You will coordinate governance activities, manage RAID logs, track milestones and coordinate across Finance, Procurement, IT, HR and Operations to provide visibility of risks, issues and actions.

Ensure effective service management, governance, performance reporting, and delivery discipline across the Project. The role is responsible for coordinating governance activities, maintaining service performance reporting, managing issue and escalation tracking, and ensuring agreed service management processes are consistently applied. The role works closely with the Project Delivery Management Lead, Finance Ops & Procurement Ops & R2R Lead, Engagement Manager, and tower leads to provide visibility of service performance, risks, issues and actions, and support effective operational governance and service delivery outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Develop and manage integrated Project implementation and transition plans across all waves and LBUs.
Track project milestones, dependencies, critical paths, risks, issues and decisions.
Coordinate activities across business, HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Facilities and Operations teams.
Manage project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs and drive resolution.
Prepare project status reports and executive updates for leadership governance forums.
Ensure delivery against agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
Support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the Project service management framework, governance cadence, SLA/KPI reporting processes, and escalation disciplines.
Establish consistent performance reporting across service towers, including dashboards, service reviews, issue logs, action trackers, and operational reporting packs.
Facilitate operational, tactical, and management governance forums to ensure service issues, risks, decisions, and actions are visible and actively managed.
Monitor service performance across Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, and Record-to-Report, while functional delivery remains owned by the Finance Ops & Procurement Ops & R2R Lead.
About you
Bachelor or Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience in shared services, GBS, captive centre, service management, or BPO delivery management environments.
Strong knowledge of service management disciplines, SLA/KPI frameworks, governance forums, reporting packs, escalation processes, and performance dashboards.
Good understanding of finance operations, procurement operations, and R2R processes, with the ability to interpret performance themes and service risks.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, reporting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with transition, stabilisation, operational governance, and continuous improvement environments is desirable.
Operate with a strong service delivery mindset and commitment to LBU stakeholder outcomes.
Maintain clear documentation, current SOPs and effective knowledge management practices.
Collaborate effectively across geographies, time zones and functional boundaries.
Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, automation opportunities and process simplification.
