Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Senior Manager, Energy Development for the APAC region to lead end-to-end grid delivery for large-scale hyperscale data center campuses. You will own the interconnection process from utility engagement to energization, interfacing with TSOs, DSOs, regulators and authorities, while coordinating across development, construction, engineering, legal, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, business, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering grid connection or power infra projects.
• Experience coordinating utility interfaces across project life cycle.
• Familiarity with APAC grid frameworks in Malaysia, Japan, Australia.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HV/MV grid connection projects end-to-end, meeting milestones.
• Manage all aspects of the connection process with DSO/TSO to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to embed grid delivery into campus programs.
• Develop grid delivery playbooks and processes for scalable execution.
• Track milestones and report status to senior leadership with options.
