Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a logistics supervisor based in Sabah (Sook). You will delegate tasks to sorters and drivers, coordinate daily activities, and monitor KPI compliance while ensuring safety SOPs for in-hub parcel collection. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with a Diploma/Degree in business or supply chain preferred.

The role requires basic Excel skills and adaptability to a rotational shift pattern, with on-site responsibilities in Sook, Sabah.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcount.
Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor driver behavior and ensure high level customer service.
Assist fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers.
Monitor and report KPI compliance.
Ensure safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection are followed.
