Flex is seeking a Debug Engineer in Prai, Penang, Malaysia. The role focuses on PCBA debug, validation, and failure analysis, requiring hands-on testing and root-cause investigations to improve product quality.

You will work with engineering teams to resolve test issues and optimize test methods. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of PCBA debugging experience, with FPGA/BGA familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in PCBA debug, validation or failure analysis.
• Experience diagnosing PCBA issues with FPGA and BGA techniques.

Responsibilities
