Qualifications

• Handle and process payments across servicing, parts, body & paint, accessories, and dealership transactions.
• Verify payment amounts against invoices and documents before completing transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of refunds, deposits, advance payments, cancellations and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process customer payments for vehicle servicing, spare parts, and dealership transactions.
• Accept payments via cash, card, bank transfer, QR, cheque, or other approved methods.
• Issue official receipts, invoices, and payment acknowledgements.
• Perform daily cash counting and cashier reconciliation to match system records.
• Prepare daily collection reports and payment records for submission to Finance/Accounts.
