Job summary

Chery Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Dealer Marketing & Events Manager to drive regional dealer marketing performance, ensure brand compliance, and oversee marketing operations across nationwide campaigns and events.

The ideal candidate will manage dealer relationships, set KPIs, analyze ROI, coordinate live streaming and digital content, and ensure consistent brand representation across all dealer touchpoints. Strong project management and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of regional marketing or dealer marketing experience in automotive industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and collaborate with dealers and sales managers.
• Experience in developing and monitoring marketing KPIs, campaigns, and ROI analysis.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, online lead generation, social media planning, and live streaming initiatives.
• Strong experience organizing B2C events, roadshows, and executing SOPs.
• Knowledge of procurement, financial administration, invoicing, and compliance tracking.
• Highly organized with analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review dealer marketing plans for timely execution and measurable outcomes.
• Establish KPIs for dealer-led marketing initiatives and monitor performance.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI with recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for dealer marketing requests and evaluate special marketing needs.
• Guide dealers in creating localized digital content calendars and marketing plans.
• Support digital marketing initiatives including live streaming events and online content creation.
• Track online marketing leads from dealer channels and monitor conversion performance.
• Provide recommendations to optimize digital marketing activities based on performance insights.
• Plan and coordinate regional roadshows, campaigns, and events.
• Oversee dealer customer and owner engagement events across the network.
• Develop and enforce event SOPs and standards with localized flexibility.
• Ensure events align with CI guidelines and brand standards.
• Manage internal marketing administration, NDAs, vendor agreements, and documentation.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting for marketing.
