Job summary

Accuris is seeking a Deal Management Specialist in Penang with remote flexibility and EMEA shift coverage. You will guide sales teams and partners through the sales cycle, ensuring compliant deal structures and accurate Salesforce data to enable smooth quoting, contracting, and approvals.

You will collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and order management to streamline processes, support pricing and standard terms, and drive continuous improvements in deal workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a Deal Desk/Deal Management, Sales Support, or Sales Operations environment.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) essential.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and making decisions within defined guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal flow: Coordinate the end-to-end process for deals, from initial creation and quoting to final approval and contract management, ensuring deals move efficiently through the sales cycle.
• Review and Validate Sales Opportunities: Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines. Ensure that deal-related information in Salesforce is complete and accurate to facilitate the booking process.
• Support Deal Structuring: Support sales representatives with pricing quotes and standard terms and conditions questions, escalating non-standard or complex cases to senior team members.
• Manage Approval Processes: Ensure timely and accurate routing of deals to the appropriate stakeholders. Identify bottlenecks and proactively escalating issues that could delay deal closure.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep pricing guides, approval workflows, and contract templates up to date.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with departments like sales, finance, legal, order management, pricing and customer success to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing. Develop strong knowledge of deal policies, approval workflows, and discount thresholds.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline deal processes and assist with sales enablement materials, answering day-to-day process questions from Sales.
