Job summary

Wipro Limited in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced F5 Load Balancer Engineer to manage, support, and optimize F5 BIG-IP environments (LTM/GTM), traffic management, SSL offloading, and high-availability architectures. You will configure Virtual Servers, Pools, Monitors, iRules, and DNS/GSLB; troubleshooting L2/L3 issues; and integrating DDI platforms like Infoblox with cloud workloads.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM administration and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure.
• Configure and administer DNS zones, records, delegations, forwarding, and conditional forwarding.
• Manage DHCP scopes, reservations, failover configurations, and lease management.
• Administer IPAM databases, subnet allocation, and utilization tracking.
• Ensure high availability and resilience of DDI services.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM environments.
• Create and maintain Virtual Servers, Pools, Nodes, Monitors, Profiles, Persistence, SNAT, and SSL configurations.
• Perform Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting and traffic-flow analysis.
• Implement iRules and traffic policies; manage DNS/GSLB services.
• Monitor system health, capacity, performance, and availability of F5 appliances.
• Coordinate with application, server, network, security, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
