Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) is seeking a Test Engineer for Datacenter Accelerated Computing products. You will join the Product Development Group in manufacturing, delivering AI/ML/HPC test solutions and automation to support AMD’s datacenter GPUs.

The role requires strong Linux knowledge, hardware/software debugging, and cross-functional collaboration to improve yield and reduce costs. You will work with cross-functional partners and mentor junior engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with designing, developing and validating test fixtures and diagnostics.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test content development.
• Knowledge of PCIE, IPMI, BMC and thermal solutions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy for new product features and test fixtures.
• Review and provide feedback for DFT in design stages.
• Debug hardware and software issues during build phases.
• Contribute to automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
• Define test solutions across Board and System segments.
