Job summary

Singtel KL, launching a brand-new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Data Procurement & Settlement Executive. You will coordinate data service orders, support end-to-end settlement, and ensure accurate billing with partners and internal teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field and have experience in procurement, order management, billing, or settlement within telecom or shared services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or Telecommunications.
• Experience in procurement operations, order management, billing, settlement, or service delivery within telecom/shared services is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data service requests, orders, upgrades, terminations, relocations, and renewals.
• Support end-to-end settlement and verify partner invoices against internal records.
• Collaborate with overseas partners and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely payments.
