Job summary

TRI Environmental Asia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Data Management professional to receive and log material samples, enter test results and computer data, and generate reports. The role supports the data management and laboratory teams and helps maintain QA practices.

You will perform data entry, format test reports in Word and Excel, manage records, monitor turnaround time, and assist with department processes.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with MS Office and able to format reports in Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• Experience with data entry and basic data management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log material samples to be tested.
• Enter test results and computer data.
• Generate and format test reports in Word and Excel.
• Perform data entry of all laboratory data.
• Prepare test report drafts and review initial reports.
• Monitor turnaround time (TAT) of activities.
• Maintain filing, organization, and archiving of records.
• Coordinate with Laboratory for sampling requirements.
• Assist the data management team leader with workflows.
• Attend staff meetings and related activities.
