• Ensure data consistency across core business systems.
• Provide root-cause analysis and data quality improvements.
• Define data terms and data quality rules.
• Analyze data quality issues and propose solutions.
• Drive master data quality across regions.
• Lead continuous data process improvements and transformations.
• Document regional processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to meet governance standards.
• Support governance issue remediation with the corporate office.
• Develop plans to improve data quality and dashboards.
• Coach and transfer knowledge to team members.
