Job summary

Krisvconsulting Services Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Data Governance leader to define and drive the enterprise-wide data governance strategy. The role ensures data quality, security, and regulatory compliance while fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

Responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks, overseeing metadata and data lineage, and partnering with risk, compliance, and technology teams to embed controls and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Management or related field; Master’s preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Data Governance/Data Management, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, metadata, lineage, and master data management.
• Experience with tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Purview, or Alation.
• Background in banking/financial services regulations is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Certifications such as CDMP, DAMA, DCAM, or COBIT.
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise data modernization.
• Knowledge of data privacy and risk governance in financial services.
