Job summary

Fire Fighter Industry Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s leading fire safety company with 51 years of experience, seeks a detail-oriented administrator to handle licensing applications for fire extinguishers and monitor documentation. The role requires MS Excel literacy and at least a SPM qualification.

You will follow up with Fire Stations and ensure accuracy of all data. Responsibilities include gathering information on application problems for the department head and performing periodic checks of serial

• Applicant must be computer literate and proficient in MS Excel.
• SPM qualification required.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor applications for fire extinguishers licenses.
• Follow up with Fire Stations on all applications.
• Ensure all keyed information is accurate.
• Gather information about application problems for the department head.
• Physically verify fire extinguisher serial numbers if they differ in the system.

Making applications for fire extinguishers' licenses and monitoring application documentation.

Follow up and monitor all applications with the respective Fire Stations.

Ensure that all information keyed-in are accurate

Gather all information about application problems to the department head.

Make a physical check on the fire extinguisher's serial number if differs in the system.

Applicant must be computer literate especially MS Excel
