Qualifications

• Strong data interpretation and communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, and analyze sales and operational data to support business planning and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Conduct root cause analysis to investigate performance gaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Production, and cross-functional teams on initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and performance reviews for stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digitalization initiatives.
• Assist in enhancing reporting tools, analytical models, and business processes.
• Maintain documentation for reporting methodologies, data sources, and SOPs.
