Job summary

Diksha Technologies is seeking a System & Control Manager to supervise the data centre's critical platform operations in Johor. You will oversee BMS, DCIM, CPOS, and instrumentation, ensuring uptime and reliability across mission-critical environments.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong root-cause analysis, and the ability to manage vendors and budgets for CAPEX/OPEX. A 24/7 support mindset is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control or Building Services Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or industrial control environments.
• Experience with BMS, DCIM, CPOS, PLC/SCADA, CMMS, Control & Instrumentation, and managing technical teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage BMS, CPOS, DCIM, Control & Instrumentation, and NOC operations to ensure high availability.
• Lead system design reviews, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve critical system incidents.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgeting for system operations.
• Oversee system upgrades, change management, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Monitor KPIs related to uptime, energy efficiency, and operational performance.
• Lead and develop the System & Control team.
• Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
