Job summary

SHIVZ Solution is seeking a System and Control Manager to oversee the data centre's system platforms, including BMS, CPOS, DCIM, and NOC. You will drive reliability, governance, budgeting, and vendor management across campus operations.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, implementing architecture, and ensuring uptime, safety, and energy efficiency through robust change control and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control, or Building Services Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in data centre, mission-critical facilities, or industrial control environments.
• Experience managing BMS, DCIM, control systems, or similar OT platforms; strong data centre knowledge.
• Hands-on understanding of M/E/Instrumentation, control, and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all system and control functions across the data centre campus (BMS, CPOS, DCIM, control & instrumentation, NOC).
• Establish and improve system architectures for new and existing facilities, including design review, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and resilience of system platforms for maximum uptime and operational stability.
• Act as escalation authority for faults and incidents; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Govern changes, upgrades, and governance processes; manage CAPEX and OPEX planning and budgeting.
• Establish vendor governance and manage vendors, integrators, and service providers.
