Job summary

HR Exchange Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager/Supervisor for our client’s data centre site in Senawang, Seremban.

You will plan, schedule, supervise and coordinate on-site activities with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe, timely and quality outcomes. The role requires a Degree or Diploma with at least 7 years in project/engineering/construction management, preferably in data centres or critical environments.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma with at least 7 years of experience in project/engineering/construction management.
• Experience in data centre or critical environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule works on site with stakeholders.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Review MOS/MOPs, HRAs and SWPs for safety and compliance.
• Maintain site documentation and daily reports.
• Ensure quality controls and safety compliance on site.
