Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an RSOC Monitoring Analyst for the Johor Bahru area to perform continuous monitoring of access control, CCTV, IDS, and safety alarms. You will triage events, escalate incidents to security, EHS, and infrastructure teams, and coordinate communications during active incidents.

The role requires a Diploma, 1 year in a similar Data Centre role, and availability for rotating 24/7 shifts. You will maintain logs, ensure situational awareness, and follow GSOC procedures.

Qualificações

• Diploma holder with relevant security operations exposure.
• 1 year working experience in a similar role in Data Centre.
• Basic understanding of Physical security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS) and Data centre operations.
• Strong situational awareness and ability to perform structured triage.
• Ability to follow escalation protocols with discipline and accuracy.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform continuous monitoring of access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection and environmental alarms.
• Conduct initial triage and classification of events (security, safety, infrastructure).
• Execute incident escalation per GSOC models with security, EHS and IRC teams.
• Support incident communication coordination and track escalation status.
• Monitor infrastructure operational alerts such as outages and access disruptions.
• Maintain real-time situational awareness during active incidents and keep logs/reports up to date.
• Adhere to SOPs, escalation thresholds and event classification models.
• Support 24/7 operations with shift-based monitoring coverage.
