Job summary

VR UNIVERSAL SDN BHD is seeking a Surveillance Officer to join our Cyberjaya team. The role focuses on 24/7 monitoring, incident escalation, device maintenance, and efficient incident chronology reporting, requiring shift work and solid computer skills.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or higher, demonstrates strong work ethics, and is able to operate office software. We offer insurance coverage and standard annual/sick leave as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in shifts and adapt to rotating schedules.
• Proficient with computers and common office software.

Responsibilities

• 24/7 Monitoring & Alert Management: Continuously monitor the dashboard and manage system alerts according to SOPs.
• Incident Escalation: Notify authorities or control officers of critical incidents using fast communication protocols.
• Device Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform initial setup, geofence mapping, GPS/GPRS testing, and L1/L2 troubleshooting for devices.
• Inventory & Report Management: Manage device entry/exit records, shift handover logs, and incident chronology reports.
