Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support data centre construction across Southeast Asia, focusing on controlling costs, contract administration and procurement. The successful candidate will manage budgets, tender submissions and commercial reporting, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors.

The role requires proven QS experience in construction, with CSA or MEP exposure, and a readiness to travel regionally from Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Proven QS experience in the construction industry.
• Experience supporting data centre construction projects.
• Experience with CSA or MEP packages.
• Strong cost management, contract administration and procurement knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilités

• Manage project costs, budgets and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contractor quotations and commercial submissions.
• Review variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Support contract administration activities and ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor expenditures, identify cost risks and recommend mitigations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Assist with procurement activities, cost forecasting and financial reporting.
