Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Johor Bahru is seeking a Data Centre Project Account Lead to oversee 24x7 onsite operations across technical, FM, security, and network delivery. The role ensures continuous availability of critical infrastructure and leads incident response and maintenance planning.

The position involves coordinating with data centre providers, managing change processes, and supervising engineers and vendors to uphold safety, reliability, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in mission critical/data centre field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT/Telecom/Network Eng.
• Proven incident response and operational risk management experience.
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centre operations.
• Experience managing managers or senior engineers.
• Familiarity with PTW, LOTO, RA, EOP, SOP, PPM.
• CDCP / DCP / ITIL certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 onsite data centre operations across multiple workstreams to ensure continuous availability.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, fault management, and routine checks for critical systems.
• Act as primary onsite escalation point and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with DC Providers for MOP/SOP/EOP changes and change management.
• Manage security, EHS, and incidents across sites, including vendor coordination.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
